You can only Use each Skill of "Fallout:Equestria-Flamingo" Once per turn. when this card is Evolution summoned, You can Place 1 Armor counter on every "Fallout:Equestria" monster you control. Once Per turn: You can Banish 1 EXP Card from your GY, This Card gains 500 ATK for Every "Fallout:Equestria" monster you control and it can inflict Piercing Damage until the end of the Battle Phase. If this Card is send from the field to the GY, You can add 1 "Fallout:Equestria" card from your Deck or GY to your hand.
