Effect: You can Vortex Summon this card with "Fallout:Equestria-Power Armor"
When this card is Vortex summoned, Place 2 Armor Counters on this card (Max.2) Any time this card would be destroyed as a result of battle or Card Effect, remove one armor counter instead. You can only use these effects of "Fallout:Equestria-Heavy Weapons Lizard" once per turn. If this card is Vortex Summoned: You can send 3 "Fallout: Equestria"monsters with different names from your Deck to the Graveyard; your opponent banishes 3 Monsters from their Deck. You can Banish 1 "Fallout:Equestria" card from your GY, Destroy all cards your opponent controls. This card cannot Declare an attack the turn this effect is activated and its other effects are negated until the end of the turn. You can Banish 1 "Fallout:Equestria" card from your GY, add 1 "Fallout:Equestria" Spell or Trap card from your Deck or GY to your hand. If this Card Left the field, You can shuffle all Banished"fallout:Equestria" cards. If you have no cards in your hand, Draw Cards equal to the amount of "Fallout:Equestria" monsters you control otherwise, Draw 1 card.

You can also XYZ summon this by having a rank 9 or 10 xyz monster you control as the XYZ material. (Xyz Materials attached to that monster also become Xyz Materials on this card.)
Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects while it has Xyz Material.
When this card is Xyz Summoned: You can send 3 "Fallout: Equestria"monsters with different names from your Deck to the Graveyard; your opponent banishes 3 Monsters from their Deck. You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Destroy all cards on the opponent's field. This monster cannot Declare an attack the turn this effect is activated.
