Effect: New errata: You can only activate this card if you control. a "Fallout:Equestria" monster. Discard 1 card; target up to 2 monsters on the field, banish them and if you do, inflict damage to your opponent equal to half of the monster's attack points and you can draw a card. You cannot conduct battle phase the turn you activated this card. If this card is in your GY, you can banish it from your GY and 1 "Fallout:Equestria" Monster to special summon 1 "Fallout:Equestria-Ministry Mare Rarity" from your Extra Deck.
