You can Discard this Card, either Special summon 1 "Fallout:Equestria-P21" From your hand, Deck, or GY. or add 1 "Fallout:Equestria" Spell/Trap Card from your Deck or GY to your hand.
you can either: Target 1 "Fallout:Equestria" Monster you control; equip this card to that target, OR: Unequip this card and Special Summon it. the monster equipped with this card gains 400 ATK/DEF, also if the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, destroy this card instead. While being Equipped, if the Equipped "Fallout:Equestria" monster destroys an Opponent Monster by battle, You Can make your Opponent discard 1 random card in their hand or have them banish the top Card of their Deck face-down
