"I try to push the memories away, but they keep flooding back, haunting me with their vividness. I see their faces, hear their voices, feel their touch. And it hurts so much, knowing that they are all gone. But even as I grieve, I know that I must keep going. I am one of the lucky ones, still alive in a world that has been torn apart. And I owe it to them, to the people I have lost, to keep fighting, to keep surviving. It is a heavy burden to bear, but I will carry it with me, always. For them, and for myself."
