these are a speed paint excersize both in helping me to gain more speed...I am painfully slow at all mediums...that is one reason I dont use oils much anymore. I am so slow already...

anyways, people think waterdrops are hard, or impressive, or ...that it takes exceptional art skills to do it. Clear things are a matter of seeing what is INSIDE the boundaries of the clear object, and understanding light and shadow. I pretty much drew what was inside of the drops and added a highlight and then a cast shadow.

I am thinking of maybe a quick tutorial but I have so many other things to tend to...so maybe in Spetember or December...no matter...noone is going to see this.
But it certainly isnt a finshed piece of art....so it isnt going in my main gallery.
