A little constructive criticism: on the left of the man's chest, don't make the entire region darker blue. It makes it look like it's going into his chest. Try instead to shade on the right side and make the other side lighter blue, kind of like what you did on the women. Otherwise, you did a great job on these! You might want to try more shades, though, too.
