Ah, Everest he's a special one. His character trait is Sturdy body (defense), he's got no held items (currently), and his nature, Bold, is (+def, -atck). He's the highest level OCvee (currently. Although, I don't think anyone else has a reason to be higher level than him, except Thistle, but Thistle uh... Can't gain anymore levels) (wait, I just thought of Koi. Koi's wants to be level 100 before he evolves into a Vaporeon, although that's kind of a stupid goal since he won't learn any moves. Koi's definitely in his 60-70s by now) (and the Hybrid might want to gain some levels, although he's only at 35 right now). Everest's favorite move is toxic, and I decided to draw the move, and I'm pretty proud of it, although the way I did it contrasts the kind of simple shading I've chosen for my OCvees. I might use my normal shading technique whenever I do battle scenes, just so the moves and shading fit together.

Everest's Backstory: Basically, he has many siblings and half-siblings and whatnot because his mother, Bowie, is a breeding eevee who loves her job. Everest's egg was pretty small and looked sickly, so Bowie had no care whatsoever for it, and even tried to get the Scientists to trash it by ignoring it and bringing their attention to it. She was in for a surprise when he hatched and turned out to be a shiny, her first and only shiny at that. She quickly did a 180 and started peppering him with love and affection and all that stuff. She hadn't been too attached to her kits until he came along. She pampered him and put him on a pedestal and pestered him all the time and made sure everything was going his way. He became high-and-mighty off of her TLC, although as he grew older and evolved, he wandered around more, found Thistle who became his sort of friendly rival, and he didn't need Bowie's TLC as much, he would push her away and ignore her. He didn't care for the Scientists or the fact they were in such an evil place as the PokeLabs. He did whatever he want, whenever he wanted.
Of course, that's his backstory, but it's not as interesting as his... after-story? Current-story? Idk. What he does later on the story of the OCvees.

Half-Siblings (he doesn't really know/care about his siblings, and he only knows about these Half-Siblings, called the 'Bowvees', from Thistle): Ace the Yellow Bowed Eevee, Colin the Dark Blue Bowed Eevee, Skylar the Light Blue Bowed Eevee
His Half-Sibling's Half-Sibling (so, Everest isn't related to this guy): Spike the Orange Bowed Eevee

(The person who walks into the place/the first one to speak is Mask, the second one to speak is Thistle, then of course Everest is the one of trial, the wife is Flame, the mom is Bowie, and Judge Worm is Lucky, the jury is the Bowvees and 'the wall' is kind of metaphorical for everyone involved, specifically the Hybrid)
