I increased the number of days between Mr. Howard giving Brandy permission to keep Princess in her apartment and his delivering the altered leases to Mr. Dent, the apartments manager. That gives enough time for Larry and Brandy to come by the reality office and sign the altered leases beforehand, as mentioned on a previous page. I was actually going to show this, but realized I would run out of pages for this part of the episode too soon if I did; hence the implied reference only.

COMMENTS:

Mr. Howard's issues in trying to get some more rent-paying tenants at the Richland Townhomes will be brought up again in one or more future episodes. Gotta lay the groundwork now, though ....
