While Sleuths itself as a viable web comic series essentially bombed when I first ran it and got cancelled after only six of twelve planned episodes ultimately produced, of more interest to XPS fans at the time was the XPS character model pack I released along with the web comic series itself.  The idea was that this would allow Sleuths fans to pose their own Sleuths fanfic stories and digital art.  Far more people downloaded the XPS model pack than actually read the series back then, with one result being that I pulled the Sleuths model pack and haven't reposted it since.  Those models are still out there somewhere behind the scenes in the dA ether as a pack; however, I'm not going to re-up them given what happened back then.  Maybe someone else will.  Go right ahead if you want.  I don't mind.

All but two of these were reuses of existing custom XPS character models.  The two that weren't were Mickey and Elza, and those were my own custom mods of their existing models.  For the ladies, their stock Sleuths outfits are nothing more than the RE Mercenaries power suit bodies in either slacks or skirt versions.  While I didn't use the optional tactical harnesses with weapons and gear save for one episode given the way I did the series, you might want to keep them for your own efforts.

The original Jill power suit model used in Sleuths was by bstylez; however, it had an unpinned vert in one side of the neck I had to keep fighting with all the time.  Thankfully ChrisTaylus has fixed that and released his fixed version, which you can get here:

Here's the ChrisTaylus revamped RE Mercenaries pantsuit outfit for Claire, with the older REDC head model as used in Sleuths:

A seriously updated version of Rebecca Chambers in both skirted and slacks power suits (along with a nude version) was released by Marcelievesky some years after I finished Sleuths.  I used the Lord Aardvark/dawdd version for Sleuths; however; Marc's version isn't as weighed down with as many clothing options and thus takes up less memory (and processing overhead).  Here's a link:

When I first started work on Sleuths I used the low-end gameplay model of Mickey "as is" straight from the RE Outbreak series.  Once I started the series then I quickly fitted that model with a clean version of Warren's suit body, also from the RE Outbreak series.  I later rebuilt him using his high-end cutscene model head mated to a modified high-end suit body from the Yakuza series ... and which I'd later reuse when I cast him as Lester Dent in Autumn Spring.  You'll have to go get your preferred male suit body and do that mod yourself.  Here's a link to Mickey's original cutscene quality Outbreak series model.  You'll need the head for the body swap, or you can be lazy and use the whole model "as is."

Finally, I know a lot of you will want to update Elza from the Miss Cupcake version I originally used for Sleuths to KitMartin's later version (and many say better, including myself).  You'll have to fit her in a RE Mercenaries pantsuit style outfit yourself; good luck there (grin-and-wink).  Here's a link to Kit's original model, which you'll need for the head (for building your own  RE Mercenaries style pantsuit version) ...

... or if you want to be true to the original Sleuths version, you can get my original "Miss Cupcake" Elza head off of the Elza Blue Siren model by Moogle Outfitters, as re-released by both SonYume and Cold-Clux ...

... but you'll need to restore her original hair to the Lotus in Snow reddish-blond low ponytail wig as originally released by MoogleOutfitters and re-released by both SonYume and ExtraActively:

For those of you wanting to pose your own Sleuths imagery, you're going to need the Agency headquarters.  Here's a link to my Sleuths mod of my OBJ port of the the stock "cs_office" game map from Valve's CounterStrike: Source (CSS), which has been kindly reposted by CherryBoyYT:

Replace the ground level snow texture with a grassy one and remove the snow and ice from all rootops and roof leading edges (hint - turn off their textures in many cases), and you got a fair kludge for a fair weather version of the Agency. (chuckle)

The big difference between this and the CSS original is that I added in its proper place the revamped version of Mickey's office you'll be seeing later in the Sleuths series.  It's the first interior room on the right of that image, and it occupies a void space on the original game map.  It's based on deexie's Big Office set for XPS and reuses almost all of the same furniture, with a few extra objects and additional tweaks of my own, and redone in style with the rest of the game map.  FYI I used deexie's for early Sleuths episodes, and the fact that it almost fit in that particular void space on "cs_office" was what gave me the idea of adding the revamped version to the map.  FYI here's a link to the Big Office set by deexie, which you can also use not only for your own Sleuths stuff (if you prefer the "early" version of Mickey's office) but also for many other things as well (wink) -- like my reusing it for Mr. Howard's real estate office in Autumn Spring:

Have fun with creating your own Sleuths inspired stuff, and let me know if you do!  I'd love to see it!  Oh, and if you want to update any of the Sleuths characters models with later and better-looking efforts - say, the REMake Jill and Claire, the Vendetta Rebecca, and that new "what-if" REmake Elza concept character model I've seen floating around - feel free!  Just give me credit for the Resident Sleuths concept, okay?  Thanks!  XD
