As you were. - Military speak for, "Don't come to attention or salute, just keep doing what you're doing." In most military services both real and fictional, enlisted rates and junior officers are supposed to at least come to attention whenever a senior officer enters the room. Another way to put it is this: "Relax. This isn't formal. I'm here to visit, not to give orders."

Corinth IV was the location of a Federation starbase in the TOS/TAS era, per TOS "The Man Trap." In STNV the base hospital at Corinth IV was Sue's last posting prior to being reassigned to the Enterprise following the departure of Lt. Christine Chapel (STNV "Ni Var").
