Drawn by Mandy again. I had asked her to design this future character of Rc2~ Is he good? Is he ebil? Is he neutral? Hell! I don't even know xD *that's a lie* Yea kinda is. Really his motives aren't too clear and technically he has been introduced~He's getting a decent appearnce though in the animecon chapter of Rc2 (which will be after the next one I believe.)
