A bit late sorry, hopefully I will be able to catch up on this.

Character story (Tw for mention of horror, undead, paranormal, trauma, curses, neglect and death):

The character in this image is part of my Dnd character's (their name is "Disappointment" because i was in a goofy mood, her real name is undecided :/ ) mother who was turned into a werewolf when her mom protected her sister from what they thought was a normal wolf. Days later the townsfolk mentioned a necromancer cursing the land, but no one believed the rumors until after a devastating fire caused by an unknown source separated the family. the town was then abandoned for years out of fear the curse being real. Now stuck with her mother, my dnd oc started a life of crime to support her mom who slowly became irrational. Her mom unable to control her growing feral energy became a werewolf one night and almost killed disappointment but was stopped by chains which she cuffed herself to before the transformation. The townsfolk being alerted to the scared screams of disappointment, her mother escaped into the night never to be seen again.

Extra lore/ aftermath:

When a turned werewolf cannot find balance or peace between their humanity and feral spirit, one of the two could be shattered (This could also be triggered by a traumatic event) and they will no longer be able to turn back. This is what happened to disappointment's mother who continued to roam the deep forest for years until fighting a group of Monster Hunters (one of which is her late husband who survived the fire and evacuated with their other two children) after successfully killing on of the hunters, she turned her attention to her late husband (who at this point recognized her but realized she was too far gone) after a long battle for survival, he threw himself off a cliff while grabbing onto the wild beast, Killing them both.
After a while some people have claimed to witness a zombie like werewolf wandering the woods, no one knows if this is myth or truth.
