Description Amanda stands
behind a sheet of glass
empty canvass of her face
smiling innocence
enticing memory to fall
into disarray

(Memory)

Amanda awoke to golden suns
painting her face
covering her fragility
in sheets of white smiles
she was beauty unmistakable
when silence blossomed
a field of roses over her pains

(I remember)

As night once again broke to day
I awoke to find
my tortured angel
sprouted a new pair of wings
and flew away
bursting across the sunset
and raining down her misery
across the asphalt...

...And I smiled....

Strong. I like the structure of the poem, also some of the phrasing ... (example, the "innocence enticing memory to fall") ... and the perspective is interesting ...

A good work.

Very interesting. I like how you made it from the point of view of a tree, or at least that's the way I percieved it as. Nice work.
