aaaand right back to posting old stuff... hm. this one's interesting, it's REALLY old. the background looks really gammy lol. kkind of what i was going for though. the character in this drawing just looks like she's dissociating hahah, she's supposed to only look a little sad i think...

THE SPACE BACKGROUND BEHIND HER IS BECAUSE SHE'S ON A SPACE STATION! IT WAS BLOODY FUN TO DRAW. why is it so dark you ask? uh. for the aesthetic. (the space station is well lit usually, it is very big and has a lot of scientists on it! it needs to be light to work!) let's just say is dark because it's... night? i guess? i know there's not really a "nighttime" in space, but maybe this space station simulates the night every day so staying there doesn't mess with people circadian rhythms! lol

also i am absolutely terrible at coming up with titles for these. i can see why still artists call their paintings stuff like "bananana no. 9" and such. like a third of the time i spend writing descriptions for these is just thinking of a name! for an artist i am not very creative hahah. more art to come soon! i hope!
