A little bit more on this photo
I actually happened to catch sight of Mr Windley during all my antics of Dragon*Con 2018. I wasn't able to participate in quite a few events (namely the Fallout inspired ones) as most of my time was split up between the Dragon*Con Art Show and my normal barrage of client work.
That said, I was very lucky to get a spot of his time scheduled during the tail end of my crazy season for 2018 to document his amazing Fallout Raider Cosplay!
