Description
Initially was meant to be my first Rivals of Aether mod before I just gave up working on mods for the most part, it's Carbuncle from Puyo Puyo as I was going to make him a fighter since people seemed to expect that out of me at the time. These were all mostly based on official sprites so theoretically this could be easy for anyone to finish if you want but I have no intentions of doing it myself at the moment.
