This monster card is inspired by the main and final antagonist in the Yu-Gi-Oh! ZEXAL manga, which does not appear in the anime. E'Rah appears as a tall, slender, and busty woman, with long dark hair, light colored bangs. She wears a long dark dress with armour-like shoulder pads, with a clawed gauntlet.

In my head canon, E'Rah is a sorcereress, who used magic to summon fiends from the Underworld. Now she has become a powerful deity capable of Summoning fiends and using them as sacrifice to use powerful magic.

But such use of such magic, has perverted her soul and now she lives a life of sin. Something she has even passed on to her children (so she is a MILF)
