EPISODE 3.12

Guardian of the Nile

Late at night, in the ancient river of the Nile, a boat comes in the dark water. These people are the Red Neck Hunters, who had finally come out of jail for supposed good behaviour. They’ve come to hunt a crocodile for their skin, which it’s known to be worth a lot of money in America. As soon as they set a target their ship is hit by something under water it could be a bigger crocodile, then as soon as they peak out to see, a giant reptile monster explodes out of the water with a roar. The hunters rushed out of their thinking that Godzilla its hunting them.

Mean while the sun rises over the East Side of New York City. As the citizens slowly rouse from their sleep, Raydon begins to soar over the city, flying at an altitude that the people down didn’t seem terrorized. He is headed back to his home near Staten Island.

Nick Tatopoulos and his wife Audrey walked across the dock enjoying the company of each other going to clean the eyes of Godzilla and Long that were covered in some other mutants icky remains. In truth, the old, battered buildings were more significant than it appeared at first glance, but still, this “rustic” appearance at least assured some privacy. It kept reporters out of the area, along with Monique’s security systems, so HEAT could do their job. That, and keep anyone from getting their life scarred out if Godzilla happened to show up.

Sitting atop of the Long’s head Nigel was spinning its head back and forth while singing: “Workin’ at the Car Wash… workin’ at the Car Wash, Yeah…” while automatically moving a scrubbing brush back and forth for the purposes of cleaning the monster’s eyes.

Craven hearing that song was going to skin Randy alive-“Nigel is NOT a music player, he is a delicate piece of equipment, you little punk!!”

While working on Godzilla’s eyes Audrey was wearing a tight white T-shirt that got wet and let the guys see her young female figure with details and all.

Taking the old service elevator upstairs, after finishing with the monster’s eyes problem, the team made its way into the briefing room/lunch room. However Nick stayed behind for a while to make sure that Godzilla was alright and so was Long as both of them reunited with Komi and Raydon for good trip to feed in the Hudson River.

Opening the door to the old warehouse, he stepped in through the dock itself, passing the large, rusted-white ship (again, far more sophisticated than its appearance implied) with a painted-on pair of eyes and fanged mouth. That was Randy’s contribution.

Nick finally returned to the warehouse to meet the rest of his team and Elsie greeted him- “Nice of you to join us, Nicky,”- the young scientist smirked as he entered room.

“Sorry,” Nick apologized, placing his scrubbing brush on the table before looking across the room to order some food for the team, but as soon as he picked up the phone there was already some calling, it was Audrey boss telling her that a story had came up in Egypt and the she and “Animal” had to be there right now. That same day at noon Audrey had packed her things and left for Egypt. The rest of the day Nick was kind of hoping there will be a monster emergence, which will keep his mind busy for a while, but that wasn’t the case.

“Nicky?” Elsie’s concerned voice brought him out of his thoughts. Nick whirled round to see the biologist standing there. “You OK?”

“Yeah,” Nick answered her quickly. “Just…”

“Nick, your wife is going to do her job, I bet she fells the same way every time that you go out there to destroy monsters,” Elsie reminded him.

“I’m fine,” Nick answered. “Really.”

Meanwhile as soon as Audrey and Animal got of the plane, they were met by a beautiful Egyptian woman with black hair and blue eyes, who was going to there guide during there staying in Egypt.

“Greetings my name is Kisara, you must be Audrey Timmons and Victor "Animal" Palotti”

“Actually its Audrey Tatopoulos”-Audrey corrected the Egyptian woman.

Then she took them to meet with the men who claim to have seen the creature, quickly Audrey identified them as the hunters that have tried to kill Godzilla, the night the City of Manhattan was being overrun by Giant Rats.

“What the hell are you guys doing in here?”-she screamed as she approached the hunters.

Dale, being the leader step up to the young woman-“You look familiar to me. Have I’ve seen you before?”

“Of course you’ve seen me, Nick, his team and I stop you from killing Godzilla, and save you from being eaten by rats”

“NOW I remember you, I’ve heard that you married the College boy, Listen Lady whatever you’re looking in here to make a story, stay away from us or not even the Iguana Breath will be here in time to save you, I don’t care if he is out there stalking us like we saw him the two nights ago”

Audrey went back to where Animal and Kisara were, but then a strange mark of claws on side of a boat caught her attention, and then she remember, Dale said that they saw Godzilla the other night it didn’t seem to make sense because two nights ago Godzilla and the other monsters were fighting they creature that left the sticky stuff on Godzilla and Long’s eyes, so there has to be another monster similar to Godzilla, Heat Team has had their share of those. Audrey wasted no time in calling Nick, and warned them about the possibility of a monster .

Heat left for Egypt as soon as they received Audrey’s call. They were received in the dock by Audrey, Kisara and Animal. As soon as Nick got of the boat he run too hugged and kiss his wife.

Audrey then spelled out all of the mess, staring with the hunters, the marks on the boat and the sittings of a giant monster the fisherman have told them about. Nick knew that that could not be Godzilla since he has been at sight of every one on Staten Island for the past several days, and Egypt is to far away for Godzilla to be coming back and fourth, every know and then, not to mention there is noting in Egypt that could ever interest Godzilla or the rest of the Monster Brotherhood.

The team talked to the fisherman to stay away of the river until they have solved the Monsters problem. Then Heat setup to find the monster, but they find themselves face to face with the Red Neck Hunters.

Nick’s expression changed to an angry scowl at the mere sight of the hunters. Then the boats moved to have their noses almost side by side, so the leaders of both teams face each other.

Nick was the first to burst out his words-“What ever you are trying to do in here, I suggest you forget about and leave before we call the authorities”

Dale responded to the threat-“Tough words from a college nerd, YOU better leave before we take you down, and I don’t care if your giant iguana is out there”

Then something burst out of the water, a giant Nile crocodile, (not the Godzilla sized monsters, but one regular Nile crocodile) had attack the heat boat and made Randy fell to the other side on the boat, he burst out of the water,but the boat was to high for him to try and climb, Nick also tried to reach for him, but it was useless. The crocodile stared to swim to the other side of the boat to eat him. Then realizing that he could not save himself by trying to climb up the boat Randy stared swimming to the shore.

Nick grab a paddle on the life saving boats on the side of the Heat seeker, and stared to hit the crocodile on the face, but that became useless when the croc grabbed the paddle and destroy it with his jaws, the croc resume his search for Randy. A soon as she reached the shore she stayed there to catch her breath.

But the croc was still after him. Then Elsie screams-“Dot’ stay there, they have legs”

Hearing that Randy rushed to get away from the shore as soon as possible, but the crocodile still was on her trace, then out of jungle Godzilla appear to scare the crocodile, then another crocodile appear, but this one was bigger.

The surface of the water flashes a brilliant white, and then the giant crocodile explodes out of the water, launching himself onto the shore. The creature is easily over 65 meters tall and moving. The monster wheels his arms and torso as he roars into the heavens. Godzilla spots the massive crocodile and quickly roars out a challenge before leaping down to the ground below. The two monsters exchanged physical blows. The giant crocodile gain an advantage when he used his tail to knocked Godzilla off balance.

Then the monster turned his head on the hunters that were busy taking out some strange bazookas, to attack. The monster march towards them. Nick told Mendel to deploy Nigel to attack the monster with electro-shocks

“Why does Nigel has to be the Bait?”-Ask Mendel with discomfort.

“You want to to do it?”-Moniqhues intetion by saying that was to make him send Nigel to do the work or Mendel will the Croc’s Snack.

Nigel was send after the croc and call his attetion by talking ot him like if he was a small dog-“Bad Boy, you should be take a time out”-then stared to attack him with electricity.

That only manage to angry the monstrous Croc angry and it picked up Nigel with his jaws and crashed him before he wiped his his neck and head to tossed him away.

His final words, for now were-“SAYONARA!!!”

“Nigel… poor guy, he never has chance”-Mendel, was sad that Nigel again had to be either, eaten, crashed, blown up or step on. The croc then turned his attetion to the hunters.

At the sight of Nick and Audrey being on danger, Godzilla rose to his feet. Komi roar out a challenge to the croc, who also roars back in response. Godzilla drops his shoulders and charges. The croc responds by arching his back and also advancing head-long at his foe, roaring defiantly.

Godzilla and Komi both used their atomic breaths, but the upper armoured skin of a crocodile has evolved into an impenetrable armour that cannot be pass not even by the combined power of the Atomic lizards.

As he back down, the giant croc marches forward, then turns around quickly and strikes his opponent with his tail. Godzilla is thrown to his side by the blow, staggering to his left. The giant crocodile turns around quickly, and reaching forward, grabs Komi around the neck. Screeching in anger, he lifts her from the ground by the neck. Tightening his grip, the giant croc begins to choke his prey. Godzilla lifts his hind legs and kicks out, striking the Crocodile in the gut. The creature realises Komi and the creature the makes swift turn and knocks both Godzilla and Komi of their feet.

Then the creature turns its attention to the river to search for the hunters who had apparently disappear then as mysteriously as it appear,so the beast disappears in to the deeps of the river. Then, Godzilla and Komi turned and limped back towards the ocean to heal.

Then picking up Randy from the shore, the team starts to realize that the creature seems to be not only much bigger than Godzilla, but other interesting things.

Nick asked Elsie what were her thoughts on the monsters that they were facing now, and she seemed to have a close idea of what it was-“Well its seems to have mutated from a Nile Crocodile, possibly was hatched normal but during his development he began to mutate in that creature, resembling a Spinosaurid dinosaur, ….Ummm a group of dinosaurs that live in Egypt About 100 million years ago”

“Aren’t those who have a sail on their back?”-Asked a confused Mendel.

“Yes and it seems to have developed a protector instinct towards the members of its original species, that’s why he attack Godzilla when he sensed that a treat was about to attacks one of its own”

“So…apart from the attack of the G-man”-Randy piped up-“What would have caused it to try and attack the hunters?”

“Maybe he sees them as a treat to his species, it would explain the first attack two nights ago”-Said Nick with his arms wrapped around his chest-“We need to find them before the creature does”- Nick asked quietly “Alternatives or ideas?”.

Kisara appear into the scene and said something that could have cause that made the team learned more about the creature-“That was not the only reason the creature has become more defensive”

“What do you mean by more?”-Asked Monique.

Kisara bit her lips, and took a deep breath to tell all she knew about the creature as flash backs came and went on her head-“My family and some friends found the creature a year ago a it seemed very calm, didn’t seemed to attack. But a few months ago some one stared to drop trash and other things that pollute the water of the great Nile, and it has been killing the crocodiles, not to mention the hunters sometimes come to kill and take a crocodile skin”-Then after her memories finished inside of her head she continued to tell about the protected monster-“Ever since SuperCroc has been more aggressive then usual up until now we have keep him from killing one or being discovered, but if he cannot be controlled, I don’t know what to do”

“First we must find the hunters before he does, then we will worry about the monsters concern for his environment”-Said Nick to Kisara.

Meanwhile that night, the hunters were looking for a good prey, either Godzilla or SuperCroc. Dale had the bazooka in his arms with a Heat seeker missile that had and exaggerated fire power, and they came across a boat they was throwing giant cans of garbage to the water they seemed to ignore each other to because both of them were doing this that were illegal, and if one of them tell on the other the other would sing like canaries.

The Heat seeker was right on their tail, and as soon as they found them, the two group of men were separating, each going on their on way. Just as SuperCroc appear in the mist of the shadows to crash those who treat to destroy his home.

“Oh, not again…”-Craven whined

”Oh No…”-complained randy
Godzilla and Komi appear to defend Heat team, and both of them jumped on SuperCroc, but the size of the mutant crocodile was enough to make him resist his battle between Godzilla and Komi. Then as the Battle between the dinosaur-like monsters drew far way from the river, the Hunters spotted a group of crocodiles they look like their skin could be worth a lot in the black market, while the men from the garbage boat pointed their guns at the heat team because they were witnesses of their treachery, decided to kill them.

Sensing the danger of their family Godzilla and Komi break their battle with SuperCroc, who was also going to save his family of crocodiles. It was no work for Godzilla to bust the boat. Leaving them men floating in the river, Godzilla decided to resume his fight with SuperCroc.

On the water one of the men cries for help like girl-“HELP!!! I can’t swim”

Monique mocks him-“Don’t worry I’ve heard that cowards float”-Then Randy complemented that her phrase by saying-“Yeah, you should see how Mendel floats”-which cause Mendel to looked at Randy with a “I’m going to kill you slowly and enjoy it” look.

Nearby Godzilla and Komi were arriving to were SuperCroc had cornered the hunters. As he was going to devour them the three hunters shot SuperCroc with their Bazookas hitting him in the head knocking it down. Godzilla saw that the creature was just defending his territory and is family, he remembers the hunters, from the time that they were trying to kill him either with bazooka or with the first units of Lizard slayers. So he and Komi jumped to defend SuperCroc and the other Crocodiles from these bully hunters, Komi flipped the boat by ramming her tail in the water near the boat and Godzilla grabs it the crashes it with his jaws. The hunters floating in the water, were at the monsters mercy.

Bill looked up to see the theropod-like monters loooking at them and stared to cry for his mommy.

Hank said in a girly voice-“Dale if you don’t have plan for this I hope you go to hell”

“Would you just shut up?”-Dale was being humiliated by Godzilla once again, a creature who he considerd to be just a mean animal.

Luckily for them Heat arrived and then Godzilla turn his attention to SuperCroc who was not were he left him, but going far with his brethren of Crocodiles following him. He made a return to the River, and Godzilla would have followed if Nick hadn't told him to let it go.

The next day the Hunters were taken into jail, since this was there strike they would be in jail for a very long, long time. Heat was ready to go home but not before they help Audrey to do her News broad cast about on the the strange attacks on the Nile River, covering the attacks of SuperCroc with the story of a normal 7 meter long crocodile. When they left with the thanks of Kisara and just before they left Egypt they saw SuperCroc watching them leave, they couldn’t tell if the look on his eyes was of defiance or of farewell.

Dale had the bazooka in his arms with a Heat seeker missile that had and exaggerated fire power, and they came across a boat they was throwing giant cans of garbage to the water they seemed to ignore each other to because both of them were doing this that were illegal, and if one of them tell on the other the other would sing like canaries.

The Heat seeker was right on their tail, and as soon as they found them, the two group of men were separating, each going on their on way. Just as SuperCroc appear in the mist of the shadows to crash those who treat to destroy his home.

“Oh, not again…”-Craven whined

Godzilla and Komi appear to defend Heat team, and both of them jumped on SuperCroc, but the size of the mutant crocodile was enough to make him resist his battle between Godzilla and Komi. Then as the Battle between the dinosaur-like monsters drew far way from the river, the Hunters spotted a group of crocodiles they look like their skin could be worth a lot in the black market, while the men from the garbage boat pointed their guns at the heat team because they were witnesses of their treachery, decided to kill them.

Sensing the danger of their family Godzilla and Komi break their battle with SuperCroc, who was also going to save his family of crocodiles. It was no work for Godzilla to bust the boat. Leaving them men floating in the river, Godzilla decided to resume his fight with SuperCroc.

On the water one of the men cries for help like girl-“HELP!!! I can’t swim”

Monique mocks him-“Don’t worry I’ve heard that cowards float”-Then Randy complemented that her phrase by saying-“Yeah, you should see how Mendel floats”-which cause Mendel to looked at Randy with a “I’m going to kill you slowly and enjoy it” look.

Nearby Godzilla and Komi were arriving to were SuperCroc had cornered the hunters. As he was going to devour them the three hunters shot SuperCroc with their Bazookas hitting him in the head knocking it down. Godzilla saw that the creature was just defending his territory and is family, he remembers the hunters, from the time that they were trying to kill him either with bazooka or with the first units of Lizard slayers. So he and Komi jumped to defend SuperCroc and the other Crocodiles from these bully hunters, Komi flipped the boat by ramming her tail in the water near the boat and Godzilla grabs it the crashes it with his jaws. The hunters floating in the water, were at the monsters mercy.

Bill looked up to see the theropod-like monters loooking at them and stared to cry for his mommy.

Hank said in a girly voice-“Dale if you don’t have plan for this I hope you go to hell”

“Would you just shut up?”-Dale was being humiliated by Godzilla once again, a creature who he considerd to be just a mean animal.

Luckily for them Heat arrived and then Godzilla turn his attention to SuperCroc who was not were he left him, but going far with his brethren of Crocodiles following him. He made a return to the River, and Godzilla would have followed if Nick hadn't told him to let it go.

The next day the Hunters were taken into jail, since this was there strike they would be in jail for a very long, long time. Heat was ready to go home but not before they help Audrey to do her News broad cast about on the the strange attacks on the Nile River, covering the attacks of SuperCroc with the story of a normal 7 meter long crocodile. When they left with the thanks of Kisara and just before they left Egypt they saw SuperCroc watching them leave, they couldn’t tell if the look on his eyes was of defiance or of farewell.
