Description
Another piece completed for 's art contest. This time I drew Bertram with Fae as they're offering their help to someone offscreen.Bertram Philips is a character in the DinoVerse book series. For those who don't know, DinoVerse was a 6-part book series written by Scott Ciencin. Originally a student called Bertram built a fancy display machine for a science fair, but it became something else. It pulled his mind (as well as 3 classmates) and sent them back in time 67 million years to inhabit the bodies of dinosaurs. Bertram was placed in the body of an Ankylosaurus. Now they have to find a way home or be trapped in the past forever.
As the series progressed, other students got snatched up and inhabited dinosaur bodies in other points of time.
I accidentally made some stray marks, so I had to try and fix them.
This piece was inspired by a moment in the S2 finale of Camp Cretaceous, where Ben returns with a subadult Bumpy. I thought the pose would fit Fae as she leans back against Bertram. Don't ask me how she's avoiding the spikes above his host body's shoulder.
Bertram Philips belongs to Scott Ciencin.
Fae is mine. No stealing.
