Description
In Pleistocene Argentina, a Smilodon populator learns the hard way not to mess with a Macrauchenia patachonica, its face having been brutally scarred and now bearing a broken tooth due to the litoptern’s powerful kick. As the Macrauchenia scares its predator off, the pair startle away a foraging group of Patagonian maras (Dolichotis patagonum).
Once again I am ensuring I haven’t lost you guys by keeping up with my usual content. I have recently really grown to love Macrauchenia, so I decided to give it a far more accurate and realistically badass presentation. I mean, modern herbivorous mammals which seemingly have no weapons can still kick the asses of their predators, so it’s high time Macrauchenia was represented as such! The maras are only there because I didn’t just want to redraw 2 animals I’d already done. Hope you guys like this!
