This is "Reincarnation #2" also known as Crawite. As you might have guessed, It looks more like a Skullcrawler than whatever Creation #459 was.

Comparing both Creation #459 and Crawite, Crawite is much larger, nearly twice the size. Crawite's whole body is better like postured arms, less slender-like hands, roundish body, More bulky build, Longer tail, Stronger head and neck. Crawite has a small tail spike at the tip of it's tail and it serves no purpose, It's just there doing nothing. Crawite's weird things on its back and top of its head are small tufts of hair. Unlike Creation #459 when the thing was quills on its head.
