Description The Return of...
KINETICLOPS!

"Destroyed" by the Atomic Island meltdown, the Kineticlops were reduced to their most basic state of existence after the first War of the Monsters. Little more than sentient sparks, they scattered across the country through circuits and powerlines, tiny, harmless, and unseen.

Then the mutagen started spreading; the sparks were drawn to it like moths to a flame. Converging on the same contaminated power plant all at once, they caused a massive power surge that fused them together with the alien energy. Taking form as a new, singular Kineticlops, they began their second rampage bigger and stronger than ever before...

Kineticlops was too cool to mess with too much - though I must cry fowl that you omitted my favorite costume. The nuclear green was awesome, dammit! It matched the goo that semi-created him. And I can't really say the indigo and blue costumes are really distinct enough to warrant separate slots.

Still, the squishy, organic fourth costume is very inspired, and emphasizes the character quite nicely. He was always sort of the creepiest one, and not based on any single monster. The fourth costume gives him ties to the Crawling Eye, without really overlapping much at all. An excellent development for the character. The red charge is very visceral and imposing.

While I was never as good with him as Preytor, Kineticlops was definitely a fun character to play. His special took a while to warm up, but if you could get in the right position, it was devastating. I like to climb and hop around and pick up everything, and he was very suited for that.

Dammit! I was afraid someone might say that. Originally I was going to keep that skin, and in fact I'd even started on it, but I was having a lot of trouble getting the yellow "skeleton" to stand out against the lime-green body and decided to move on. The blue skin here was one of three possible alternatives I did... I was hoping at the time I wouldn't have to use them and could just go back and fix the green one, but by the time I finished the Crawling Eye skin I was too haggard to want to try. Personally I don't mind the blue one, but I agree that the green would've added more variety.

I very rarely played as Kineticlops; I liked his speed and special but wasn't crazy about the lower defense. Just as a character / design, though, he's probably my favorite monster in the game.

I like how you demonstrated that this Kineticlops is bigger and stronger by beefing him up a bit
