This is the First entry in our July event! Di Teh Bird here for sketchartstudios telling you that July is going to be full of art, But with a theme. So here’s the deal; it studio Ghibli favorites (That’s right we hear you right) Although this one isn’t a Studio Ghibli inspired picture but the next ones are going to be a real treat. Ed has started with the sketches and soon or later the line art is coming down. Now on with the art, with Ed.

Hey guys, Ed here with some good artwork this time it’s a Sonic character that is from the Archie world of sonic Post Genesis Arc, Thunderbolt The Chinchilla. to start off, I sketched the bones of this little ball of electric fur for a Bad to the bone close up hero shot and after mapping out the pieces of armor, I got to line art stage. To make the Helmet for her I put her eyes (Yes I didn’t put her mouth for good reason) on top of the other layer of her eyes (an Eye-ception) with a little bit of dimming the drawing and some blur framing we have ourselves a helmet. I added some grey colors to end it off But i had an more better idea…I browsed in the IbispaintX wallpaper store and discover some lighting effects that definitively make this art sing! So after that I topped it off with a title logo and the standard comic pricing it’s on to the short synopsis:

From a loyal subject, to a bounty hunter, Thunderbolt will have to deal with wild creatures, dangerous enemies, and a unforgiving new world. With nothing but her Ai companion Bolt and her electrical abilities, the main goal is to stay alive. But for how long?
