Their body can transfigure itself into a unknown number of shapes depending on the species while their avatar walks in the flesh on the surface of said world and they will walk among the masses to usher them into the warm bath of the sun. His body is up of smaller ambulance/hospital type interdementional starships whilst the rings that make up four arms act the only offensive weapon.
The other vessels act to heal people using the perfected techniques from home worlds; while others act to reguvenate the soil if it's barren for agricultural purposes.

Before time or even wasn't a spark of matter in the universe, they were The Devines...a guild of omnipotent beings to whom are very wise of conflicting natures, and temperament with multiple agendas spanning eons; as to whom created is still a mystery though some old salted scrolls mention them formed from the light of [REDACTED] with the ashes of [REDACTED] which isn't much help.
