It's basically a "What if" kinda story. In IDW comics, after Optimus stepped down from being a Prime he gave the Matrix to Bumblebee... Well, half of it anyway (the other was given to Hot Rod)
Here is Bumblebee in his upgraded Prime form. With Dodge Ram Rumble Bee as a base alt mode and with Goldbug head design.
