Alfons ( female ) works for a corporation run by Edward.
Something brings up talk of Edward's brother...
Who Alfons learns is the one person that broke her heart.
The idea is that both people, Alphonse's brother and his previous love, have extremely contradictory ideas about the man which hang on opposite sides of the spectrum.
To Alfons, Alphonse was a womanizer and cassanova.
To Ed, Al is still three and retaining his perpetual childhood.

You know, I really can't imagine Alphonse as any sort of womanizer, but the contrast between Ed's visions of him and Alfons'...I just can't help but giggle madly.
