The title to this one was βlife in the suburbsβ this was a follow up to our illustration assignment on minimum wage, this one was supposed to be a future landscape. I kept going with my world of the future this one involves an urban revitalization project conducted by the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The resistance is holding out and trying to save their neighborhoods. It was done in pastel with a gouache under painting.Related content
