Unlike in other regions Eevee in ostrada have a means of stabalizing there DNA and evolving naturally into their “True” Form. this phenomenon is not well understood.

In this form it appears to be able to call upon the elements of its other forms in some capacity during battle but the extent of its control like Eevees unstable DNA is still a mystery

I really wanted to do a basic natural evolution for eevee. so here you go. Eevoss! He may get a name change if i think of a better one.

Id also like him to have a move similar to metronome or maybe an ability that allows him to utilize the other Eeveelutions types maybe from holding a respective stone or based on the environment or something.
