Based off of his brief appearence on Sesame Street where he and Count von Count's mother appeared on the special about measurements. [link]

My sister and I rpged once where we had the Count's brother showed up at his castle door and ask to stay over because his own castle had been foreclosed.

Hector, unlike his more charming and classy famous brother, has several character flaws besides counting, which in Count von Count is an enduring quality. Hector von Count is an excessive talker and coupled with the von Counts' tendency to count, Hector words run along the lines of how one would converse with someone who has ADHD. XDDD

Count von Count's challenge is to put up with all this and Hector's compulsive need to try to be in the show and share the limelight with him.
