Description
The Magix are teaching Rocket the process of fusion dancing. After they finish their last move, a jump, he comments that it is a lot harder than he thought it would be. Anna reassures him, mentioning that all have trouble with fusion. Rainbow Sparkle chimes in that she does not. Elsa then begins questioning whether or not Rocket is even able to fuse, expressing concern over his organic half-human form. Anna comments that it is Rocket and "who knows what's gonna happen?" Rainbow Sparkle then tries to encourage him, saying that she believes he can do it.

Later, on the beach, Rocket begins talking to Sunny Starscout. He tells her that fusing is hard, and communicates his discouragement over his failure. She tells him that she is impressed that he can dance with the Magix at all, admitting that she does not like to dance in front of other people. This prompts him to ask her to dance, stating that it is only the two of them. They begin to dance together, eventually getting more comfortable with each other. Rocket suddenly trips her over, and she catches him. They laugh and touch foreheads while Rocket's body begins to glow, signally that he, unknowgly completed his fusion ritual.

Once the glow fades, their fusion wakes up and wonders why their sandals don't fit. As they get up, Rocket and Sunny, inside of them, begin panicking and rejoicing at the same time. Eventually, they find resolve in rejoicing their fusion, and they begin running around the beach. They then decide to tell the Magix. When they do, they are dumbstruck and Elsa immediately starts to worry, saying that fusing with humans is a feat that is impossible and, at the very least, inappropriate. Anna points to a delighted Rainbow Sparkle and runs up to the fusion. She asks them how they feel, as they known as Rocky Starscout. Elsa then tries to get them to unfuse but ends up telling her to talk to them. When Rainbow Sparkle goes up to her, she tells them, "Rocky, you are not two people. And you are not one person. You are an experience. Make sure you're a good experience. Now, go. Have. Fun!".

When Rocky Starscout runs toward Los Angeles, the first thing they do is jump off of a cliff into the lake. When they wash up on shore, they feel their stomach grumbling and decide to get donuts. Inside, Misty and Izzy are playfully arguing. When they see Rocky Starscout, they are both left breathless by their beauty. They asks for two donuts, which Misty brings up to the counter. When they try to pay, Izzy tells them its free. They gratefully accepts the donuts but reminds the two of the gesture not being a sound business practice on their way out.

Rocky Starscout goes to a bench and pulls out the donuts. Their personalities begin to bubble up, and Rocket asks Sunny if she wants to stop being fused with him. She is about to answer when one of the cool kids gives them an invitation to a party. They accepts the invitation and goes to the party.

In the warehouse where the party is held, they see several people dancing, except Ennui. They walk amidst the party-goers and begin to dance, drawing everyone's attention to them. When they are done, they realize no one is dancing with them. Sunny's anxiety takes over and Rocky panics. The people seem to grow taller, and they are "encased" in a large disco ball. After a second, Ennui joins them and starts dancing. They reject him and walk over to a wall. There, Sunny's part of the fusion thinks about how she would be enjoying this if her friend was there, but being fused into one being with Rocket is not the same thing as having him with her. Over there, Ennui coerces Rocky Starscout to dance with him until they get angry and begrudgingly accept. When they pull him out onto the dance floor, they begin dancing wildly and ferociously. Their body begins to glow, and they unfuse once again.

This makes Ennui panic, who runs out of the building. Rocket and Sunny, after a moment, start laughing hysterically. The cool kid starts throwing everyone glow sticks, which Rocket and Sunny run through.
