Description It's almost the end of the semester at Orange Academy. The heroes enter the lab to find Leo watching videos from Twilight Sparkle's diary that document her discovery of the Supercomputer's return to the past function, and how she relived the times and became mentally unhinged. Leo then shows the rest of the group a specific video in which Twilight explains her plan to send herself and her son, Rocket, to Disney World, where they will each hold a set of "keys to Disney" and live together forever. Leo deduces that these "keys" are what Hacker wants from Rocket, and he concludes that, with them, Hacker would be able to escape from the Supercomputer.

Later, during breakfast in the school cafeteria, Leo reveals more news: Hacker did not give Rocket a virus, as was previously thought, but rather took something from him, a "fragment", which he has located inside the Dark Sector. Calina suggests they retrieve the fragment that night, after the End of the Year Dance, as their final mission. However, Rocket, who had been in a noticeably bad mood throughout the conversation, refuses to participate in the mission and storms out of the lunchroom. Leo follows him outside, and Rocket tells him about his new-found resentment toward his mother, how he feels about the fact that she stole his childhood by bringing him to Disney World, and that he never wants to go back to the virtual world ever again. Leo tries to reassure him that everything will be fine once they retrieve the fragment, but Rocket's bad mood persists saying that Hacker will never allow them to do that and even manages to steal his keys by force, and he walks off again.

Meanwhile, in the courtyard, many students try to find dates for the dance. Nikki attempts to ask Monika to be her friend date, but Sonic distracts her with a proposal of his own, which she rejects. As Monika sees them talking, she assumes Nikki has agreed to go with Sonic, and feels hurt and vindictive. So, when Moxy approaches Monika, she accepted her offer solely to get back at Nikki.

Unbeknownst to anyone, Rocket travels to the Factory, where he enters the Supercomputer room and shuts it down, causing him to lose consciousness and collapse. A short time later, Leo discovers the Supercomputer is unresponsive, prompting him to go to the Factory to fix the problem. When Nikki discovers Monika has agreed to go with Moxy out of spite, the two friends quarrel, leaving Nikki hurt and Monika ashamed of herself.

Leo arrives at the lab and finds the interface display blank. He then goes down to the Supercomputer room to check for problems, where he finds Rocket and the turned down Supercomputer. He hurriedly turns the Supercomputer back on, and Rocket regains consciousness. He explains he was willing to sacrifice himself to save the rest of the world, but Leo reassures him they can save it together and he can live a normal life afterwards.

That evening, Monika decides to stand Moxy up and instead goes to Nikki's house to apologize. Before she actually says anything, however, she is interrupted by a call from Leo, who asks her and Nikki to come to the Factory. Nikki accepts Monika's unspoken apology and the pair reconcile. She then calls Calina, who has failed to find a date due to her promiscuous reputation, and the three set off for the Factory together.

The heroes are virtualized onto the Tomorrow Sector before Leo enters the Starlight code and the Transport Orb arrives to take them to the Dark Sector. In the Core Zone, a countdown starts and seven Creeps appear. Calina and Monika battle the Creeps while Rainbow Sparkle scales a large wall to reach the Key Mechanism. Once the Creeps are defeated, Rainbow Sparkle presses the mechanism, and the floor transforms into a downward-spiraling staircase, which the group descends.

At the bottom of the staircase, they find themselves beneath the core zone in a room with a long, narrow bridge, at the other end of which is Rocket's missing fragment. As they begin to run down the path, they are confronted by several Creeps. The girls stay behind to hold the monsters off while Rocket attempts to reach the fragment, but he is stopped when he finds a large gap in the bridge. Rainbow Sparkle and Monika rush to his aid while Calina stays behind to fend off the monsters. She is overwhelmed and devirtualized while Rainbow Sparkle and Monika work together to throw Rocket to the other side of the gap. He makes it across, but the girls are left dangling over the gap. The Creeps catch up to them and open fire. Rainbow Sparkle is devirtualized, but Monika manages to climb up and defend herself.

The bridge then begins to collapse, and they fall. However, Monika and Rocket's fall is broken by two rays, revealed to be under the control of Twilight Sparkle. The rays fly them over to the platform with the fragment, and Rocket takes hold of it. It is then revealed that the fragment is a fake, a trap set by Hacker, and the entire room begins to fall apart. Monika and the rays are crushed by falling debris, leaving Rocket trapped on a platform in the center of the large room.

The Hypno arrives and begins to drain Rocket's memory and everyone in the lab are forced to look at it. With no one to save him, the Hypno succeeds. Rocket falls to the floor and slowly disappears while the light starts to fade away from the Dark Sector and Disney World itself begins to shut down. All across Disney World, the towers turn red, and Hacker, now possessing a set of Keys to Disney World, finally escapes from the Supercomputer, much to the group's dismay.

Suddenly, a white light envelops Rocket, and he has multiple visions of his childhood on Earth, including his father, his life in The Hermitage, visit in the lab for the first time and his virtualization, before regaining consciousness. The light returns to the Dark Sector, and Disney World's towers turn from red to white. It is revealed by Leo that Twilight Sparkle has used her own Keys to Disney World to restore the virtual world and that she has given Rocket back his missing fragment, which is discovered to be the memories of his past life. Leo manually devirtualizes Rocket, and they rush down to the Scanner Room to greet him, where he faints once again, this time into Leo's arms.

Later that night, all five Disney Warriors convene in Leo's dorm room. Rocket expresses a desire to find his mother, who seems to have disappeared from Disney World. They also discuss how Rocket is no longer tethered to Disney World, but that Hacker no longer is, either, so shutting down the Supercomputer now will do nothing to stop him. Leo concludes that they must continue the fight, and he also promises to look for Twilight Sparkle. The rest of the group makes similar promises as they all hold hands with one another in solidarity.
