If Celestia appears in Episode 1 after Spike sends the warning note about the return of Nightmare Moon, she realize she knows the signs that Nightmare Moon will return, but realize that someone else like Twilight Sparkle will defeat her again and knowing that since the elements of harmony only has 5 elements than 6, she knows that Twilight Sparkle's heart of friendship could unlock it.
