There is still something so hopeful and yearning in his eye. You still managed to capture that sense of innocence and sorrow. He's one of my favorite fictional characters and you captured him so well! Thank you!

This is based on the original book version rather than the movie version, yes? Either way, serious admiration to you, because it takes skill to draw someone horrendously ugly and still make it more than that. Quasimodo as described by Hugo was a deeply feeling, poetic character, and it's right there in his eye. That is really amazing. Sir, my hat's off to you.
