Sooo..this is out of the blue
So Foolish-Hearts is hosting a contest 'Summer in Tamriel'
In this group Scribes-of-Nirn
I was inspired to do a little bit more than I usually do in terms of background and how I usually only draw one or two characters in a pic, and perhaps some perspective!
So from closest to furthest: Shami, Theo, Nathul then Fredrala. All sweating for different reasons.
Shami- The hardworking sweat
Theo- The 'oh shit' sweat
Nathul- The frustrated sweat
Fredrala- The 'totally not cheating' sweat
The activity the four are (trying) participating in is something similar to an activity called 'Caber Tossing'
Caber Tossing is a traditional Scottish activity where men and women toss a large Caber with the intention of it turning end over end before landing.
This was said to have been developed from the need to toss cabers across chasms in order to cross them or Lumberjacks transporting them by throwing em into a stream and/or having a contest with fellow Lumberjacks.
Whilst they're not Scottish, I'd figure this would be an activity the four would've done back when they were a group and wanted to gain more strength for future patrons, Shami especially.
