Even when playing Minecraft, Sophia can't prevent her fate in becoming TF fuel. In this case, a nice new shiny bopper. Watch the edges, though!

My Thoughts:
I know that you're thinking: "What the actual fuck, DR" and the thought is justified. I dropped all my Minecraft shenanigans YEARS ago now (over half a decade ago). But this one has a LOT of backstory. It all started with my buddy Cryptic ( x.com/Cryptic_the_Art?t=3RaI3U… ) as he tends to create all sorts of Minecraft-ified bodies and textures. He's gotten pretty good at it and is always open to share them with me. He's been doing this for what I think is years now. Anyway, one day I was feeling kind since he made a Minecraft Alex bopper model recently, I decided to ask him for the model and use it in THIS animation:

He appreciated the gift, and I was pretty chuffed with it. But since it was on the topic of Minecraft - something I try to very much avoid when it comes to TFs now - I was divided on uploading it. This all happened in March, and even 5 months ago I made a meme relating to it:

Anyways, I thought "well if I upped the quality slightly and added my own character onto it, then I could maybe pass it off as a proper animation" and so I actually asked Cryptic if he'd be down to make a new bopper texture of Sophia (he had already made a normal Sophia skin ages ago) - which he actually did! So I applied the texture to the bopper and it didn't align up. I asked him and he said he made a NEW model that fits the proportions of the Sophia bopper. Needless to say, that complicated things as I made the animation around the ALEX bopper model. Even after trying for a little bit to just paste the Sophia bopper model over the Alex one, I just was not getting the same results and I did not want to recreate the animation. So, sadly, I dropped the idea. And I convinced myself that no-one else would want to see a Minecraft-animated TF anyway.
So, jump to today. I'm in a particularly good mood. Think about it and realise "Fuck it, if I have something else to upload straight after then it doesn't look as bad" which pushed me to update the "Blowing off Steam" animation which I already wanted to update, which can be seen here:

And thus, I went back to the animation and realised a SINGLE MODIFIER was all I needed to fix the Sophia bopper. The "Surface Deform" modifier. Essentially, it makes one mesh follow the behaviours of another mesh, relative to how close they are. So I just applied the modifier of the Sophia bopper onto the Alex bopper and it was done. Technically, the Alex bopper model is STILL there in this animation, it's just invisible and Sophia follows its movements. A very easy solution.
And there it is! Quite a long story for such a simple animation. It really highlights how much I overly care about what I upload when in reality I shouldn't give two donkeys and just upload whatever I want to. This account has been basically inactive for the past year now anyway, may as well do something with it. Got a Peach animation pack in the works but that leaves nothing for just normal content to upload.

Whilst I always ask that you enjoy the animations, do let me know in the comments if you actually like it. I have ZERO plans to make more Minecraft-animated TFs in the future regardless of feedback but it'll be nice to know if this was a "surprisingly good TF despite Minecraft" or a "wtf DR" fun experiment that I won't do again lol. Whichever it may be, I hope you enjoy the animation!
