My Thoughts:
Made this one a while back, all the way in May believe it or not! I was considering never uploading it, I was simply inspired by other art at the time to make a pooltoy. I've made many in the past, so I had to think of a new character to pooltoy-ify. Well, you can see who I ended up choosing. And then I just very, very quickly threw together a scene. Amy wasn't originally in it, but I decided to add her to fill out the scene a bit and add a bit of interaction. (Original can be seen here: sta.sh/01i8opoijpm9 ) Interaction of the TF is sometimes as important as the TF itself. Especially when it comes to pooltoys. They're toys! They're meant to be used! Oh, and I'm quite chuffed with how this pooltoy looks. I'm sure many people will be disappointed I chose Rouge, but character aside, I think I've started to nail how to make a good looking pooltoy in 3D. My first ones were FAR too basic, and sometimes I'd add TOO MUCH detail and make the pooltoy look non-rubbery. That balance between detail and simplicity to emulate an expensive custom-made pooltoy is hard. Whilst this is not perfect, it's the closest I've ever gotten to being satisfied with the model.

Anyway, I wanted to upload this today on Friday (23:31 as I'm typing this) as a kind of way to show my dedication to getting back into the scene. Originally, I wanted to upload an animation every week similar to how I did a while back. Yeah, not a chance in hell. Although, images aren't that hard to make. They still take a lot of effort, but not as much as animations. It allows me to be more creative too, as animations take a while to explain motions from A to B, but in comics it's just one simple already-happened event. Can get vastly creative with what you add without adding an extra 2 weeks of development to it. So, the current idea I want to go with is uploading an animation 1 week, then an image the next. So in a month you will approximately receive 2 images and 2 animations. That's the current goal. If I can do that for a while, then I'll be on top of the world in terms of my confidence to be consistent. Let's hope I can do that!

Oh, and I also wanted to mention just how fucking grateful I am to receive absolutely phenomenal gift art and media from you fellas. The Orb of Compression received a genuinely surprising amount of positive feedback, and got some great ideas of "continuations" of the scenario including inflation, and Sophia touching an "Orb of Expansion", and even other characters getting involved!

It's hard to state in text just how floored I am that, just barely returning to the scene of animating and art creating in general, that I have had this mountain of support. You can say what you want about the content itself, but this community is STRONG. And it genuinely is why I stick around. It sounds cheesy and stupid, but it's how I feel. Seeing art that I inspired leaves me breathless, and being able to talk to such fantastic people in the community has truly left me wondering why I ever took a break. This isn't a huge upload this week, but I hope you fellas enjoy!
