Description Magdalena Carmen Frida Kahlo y CalderΓ³n (or popularly known as Frida Kahlo) has always been an inspiration.. a Mexican artist who unintentionally combined surrealism, realism, and symbolism in her art, she just painted what she felt and what she saw [as the quote says in my signature: "I paint my own realities"].. she had a rebellious spirit and lived through so much pain and hardship..

Here is my experiment .. an ode to Frida..

PS.. can you spot her monkey? I used a few symbols she used in her own paintings..

Pues como no me iba a gustar...esto realmente es "arte". EstarΓ­a chido que aventaras otros homenajes con este estilo de otros Mexicanos que nos llenan de orgullo. No sΓ©, se me ocurre: "Inks of Infante" o "Inks of El Santo", tu sabes, nuestros Γ­dolos.
