This Turles is in a new design I made for his what-if role within the latest Saga in Dragon Ball Super.
Following the saga, all galactic patrol prisoners escape. While Jaco states he believed that all Saiyan's were extinct, even he is too low ranked to know of Turles' capture and imprisonment. This Turles has techniques, powers, and motives different from his movie counterpart. I hope to eventually make a short manga based off the Moro Saga in the future. Or if we're lucky, Toyotaro will see this idea and possibly get inspired. Either way, this is a good idea to implement him in the canon story.
