Description Hmm.. I like this, I knew as soon as I'd drawn it that it had to be done in watercolour. I sort of like that the colours ran a bit, it gives it a murky feel, as if the blood is running into the fluid in the picture.
Apollyon's back is split open, there is no skin exposing the muscle, that's what all those lines are. Her bottom jaw also has no flesh and is stitched up to the bone.
I don't remember why I drew this but I can't have been happy.

This is one of the most best drawings I've seen concerning macabre rebirth. Least that this the concept I am getting from this picture.

...I do find this symbolic of egg and sperm fertilization.

I love this. Makes me feel a bit sad though =/
You should definitely use watercolours more. I think this is probably one of my favourites out of all your work.

It's great to see you doing real media work again! Your digital art is wonderful too, but I like the real media best, and also, I don't know that much about digital art, so it's hard for me to offer interesting or useful comments about it.
You've uploaded so many wonderful pictures, and unfortunately I don't have time to comment on all of them, but I'd like to comment on some of the more complex ones. I'm VERY impressed by the variety in the different scenes that you've drawn (from this to the cheerier psychedelic mushroom ones).
The needles are my absolute favourite part of the picture (and all of that lovely tubing, gah!). I have this weird...needle fetish, combined with a tubing/intestine fetish and also a great love of murky, moldy kind of colours and damp smells. Yes. I am indeed completely deranged.
As such, this picture really appeals to me. As you said, the colours really do look murky- what with the mixing of the red with the grays and browns and greens. I LOVE the green, especially, because it's actually quite subtle, and gives parts of the picture this eerie, radioactive glow. It looks so noxious- being pumped into the chamber through those pipes.
The pills with wings are also very much enjoyed- it adds to the mad scientist (or pharmascist!) look. Awesome work.

This is darker, and different from your usual stuff - but not at all in a bad way. Nice use of earthy-colors.
