Once upon a time, there was a boy named Tim who had a large, old wardrobe in his room. At night, when the lights went out and everyone was asleep, Tim would hear strange noises coming from the wardrobe. He always imagined there was a monster hiding inside. Each night, the wardrobe monster seemed more real in his mind.
One day, Tim decided to face his fear. He bravely opened the wardrobe doors and found... a small, frightened green monster named Gizmo. It turned out that Gizmo was lost and scared, and he hid in the wardrobe because it was the only place he felt safe.
Tim and Gizmo became friends. Tim helped Gizmo find his way back home, and the wardrobe monster ceased to be a scary place. Now, whenever Tim opened the doors of his wardrobe at night, he smiled as he remembered his adventure with his monster friend.
