Description
The very first Doctor of Doctor Who!I have been trying to do a vector image of him for a while now and they kept looking weird. This doctor has a rather hard face to capture. I think I finally got his expression right. But yeah, trying out something new, did this in Illustrator. Let me know what you think. Now on to the Second Doctor!
