First, he makes rag doll of a child after the gain trust of the child once the child trusted him, he would go into their house waiting under the bed or cabinet just anywhere that he can hide once the children are asleep which then take the children to a place that no one care hear them scream ( he preferred asylum using the room that is soundproof and child can’t escape easily )
Weapons: Pending his mood meaning when he just wants to get his rage out he would use the weapon to create a lot of mess. When he's just feeling the need to cheer up he would find weapons to torture his victims in the most horrific way he could, when in his good mood he would let the victim choose a weapon and let the victims have chance to fight back however he simply kill them with their weapon of choice

Only thing is useful was when Mike is in his ‘cravings’ that he becomes aggressive towards any humans which Ragman use that to kill the children, one of worst way to die is be eaten alive which Ragman loves that even Mike see him as an “friend”.
