For this week's art project, we had to design a "secular icon" (not related to religion) of something important to us. I just drew a book bc I love to read and write! I used a reference pic, sketched it in pencil first, then traced it with my skinny black sharpie and colored the cover a pretty blue with marker! I love these simple yet fun projects we do - I can't wait to see what happens next! 😄📘❤️
