Yes I will always give to those who deserves it.... and not do what I see many others do "on here" as they do and make gifts for someone just because they're popular...
I'd only make gifts for friends (or someone who seems to need the cheering up).. not someone who may not even care that I did anything for them at all... there are some popular artist on here who has not appreciated someone's gift to them.. and all I can do is "smh"..
