Mr. Stenchy was sent to Pleakley's planet at the end of his episode, because he stench was known as a rare and valuable perfume, but he somehow returns back to earth in Leroy and Stitch, where he is shown walking with Doubledip and they both gets captured back Leroy. Plus he is stench free, which could mean it wears off after a while.
