What is slightly alarming about this is that (judging from panel 3) that she seems to be forcing air out of the top of her head to sound the horn.
(Hey, maybe that's how she got along without a mouth or nose in "Magic Duel" - she's part Sea Pony, and she's got a blowhole on top of her head!
