Like the title says, they are just 2 alter ego to Devis:

1. Nikolai Dobra Robinescu, a former general secretary of the Communist Party since its establishment, and was remarked during the collectivization of 1949. He was born in 1899 according to his last birth certificate, besides that he kept a diary where he wrote that he was born somewhere during the years 781-824. He is the first who controlled the power of time and he kept this secret with the price of his life. In 1987, he resigned from all forms of communist leadership and isolated himself from the world until, in 1997, on April 30 he was killed by a young man on Revolution Square of Bucharest. After his death, he pass his power to Davis.

2. Seke Kokan Zuro, he's the other alter ego of Davis, but the thing is that he never existed. It was created to disguise Davis.
