8" chef knife and matching paring knife. The steel is CPM 154 heat treated by Paul Bos. Handle is Todd Combs "blue glow" burlap micarta and desert ironwood.The chef knife is fast and beautifully balanced off of the index finger (or middle finger in pinch grip). My new favorite blade. Oh, did I mention it's sharp?
