ElectroplasmaElectroplasma device was designed and built by unknown scientists more than 10 years ago.
It's purpose is not known for certain but we know it was built on principals discovered by Nicola Tesla. The further studying of Aether Theory made it possible.
The devise uses three Quantum vacuum resonators to transform field vibrations into plasma.
The device produces it's own electricity by using Spark Generator.
One of the functions of this device is keeping time, plasma oscillation intervals are very even to do so.
The device's visor uses Electrostatic Opaque Liquid as visual indicator.
But again, it's real purpose is unknown.
